Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi,

As per the order passed , i need to place solvent surety in court.

Is solvent certificate is mandatory or only the property documents of the person giving surety would suffice.

How and from where can i get solvent certificate and in how much time will i get the certificate.

Is Bank Solvent Certificate will do ?

i think u in need of the solvent certificate for the succession certificate the said certificate is mandatory if u want the solvency certificate than u should appear before the registrar office with the documents of the landed property for valuation than after obtain the valuation certificate fron said office u should appear before the tehsildar office and should make the prescribed from application for the want of the solvency certificate within a day it can be opt
