Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
High court issue an order to my tenant, to vacant my house within 4 months.But after 1 month his family is shifting some where else but the person with whom we have agreement is not shifting from the house.He has shifted his almost all object except few ones.Now he stared threating us and drinks alcohol and also started using abusive language? What to do?

you may file the execution petition before the court that issued eviction order.
