Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A high court judge told me that you are free to record an F I R in the concerned police station of your area were you live , when i went to lodge an F I R the concerned police officer told me that he cannot take an F I R and so it is a contempt of court so sir under which section should i file a contempt petition on the police officer under the contempt of courts Act 1971.
