After 1 year of filing and after 13 dates given by trial court my 156(3) is petition trial u/s 156(3).My councel completed our arguement in court 12 times.I am agrieved from delay of court.I want to file petition u/s 482 for a direction to the trial court to expedite decision on our 156(3) within a stipulated period.Can I go high court u/s 482 for expedite decision within a period?

Yes, you may file a petition u/s 482 cr. p.a.
It may be better to engage a counsel for going to High Court.
