Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
hi,how can i trace my husband as he was absconding after i filed a 498a case.and also his call history.how can i convience police to trace him,is that telecom company ll provide his call details nd how many sim he was taking frm that services.if i ll go with police can they provide all details!

in case he is absconding, he may be declared a proclaimed offender in 498a case. in order to trace him, you may ask the IO and PP of the case to help you out.
