Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hii my name is Ashish, i m from hyd. Recently i met with an accident where i was on bike with 3 little childrens each of them of 11 to 13 years old we where going to picnic . A car hit us with rapid speed, even its a car driver fault. Police logged him in jail for few days but now he got bail and not in jail ... but the parents for childrens are Harrassing our family for money , they telling that they log a complaint on us if we never give 50k to each of those three kids. Even we are got injured in accident , kids got fractures on legs , presently they got discharged from hospital also .... pls help me in this case as i donno how to get rid of from this situation ... thanks in advance ....
