Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
hi,i hav filed 498a against my hus an his family members.bt my brother-in-law is at singapore now.how can i get him back to india and seize his visa.i filed case in odisha so to where i request through court to cancle his visa/passport ,wheather to singapore passport authority or our head passport office at delhi or our state passport authority.bt i dont know his passport number,if possible without knowing his passport no i can request court fr that order.

you may seek orders against the MEA and then move the delhi high court by filing a writ petition of mandamus for execution of the orders.
