Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi,
I left my girlfriend.
And continously she is threatening me that, she will committ suicide and put my name on suicidal note.
However I am trying to make her understand, but she is not mentally ok.
So I want to know about the consequences, or how can I make her avoid with that situation.
We had never became physical in our relationship.
Kindly guide me.

You have to somehow convince her and get the idea of suicide from her mind. If you are not interested in continuing with her relationship then slowly get away from her and also tell her to forget you if you had no physical relationship with her.
