Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi,

I left my girlfriend.

And continously she is threatening me that, she will committ suicide and put my name on suicidal note.

However I am trying to make her understand, but she is not mentally ok.

So I want to know about the consequences, or how can I make her avoid with that situation.

We had never became physical in our relationship.

Kindly guide me.

it is advisable to see a lawyer and he would file the appropriate application before the concerned authorities and also send a legal notice to the same effect to the girl who is threateningyou.

You should write to the local police giving complete details of your relationship and the threats you are receiving.
