Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi:
I want to know that is it possible to transfer the case from Haryana to Delhi at JMIC or Session court.
My Father's case is going on at Faridabad in Haryana but we feel for safety issued it is better if the case is transferred to Delhi.
Please advise.

the case may be transferred by filing a transfer petition in the supreme court of india at new delhi and the safety may be one of the grounds for transferring the same from Fbd to Del.
