Hi,
I am victim of false 498a case. My wife has filed 498a against Me,Father,Mother living in AndhraPradesh and my sister who is residing in Gujarat. Father,Mother and sister got anticipatory bail but Anticipatory has condition that all three has to sign in the policestation every week. As my sister stays in Gujarat it is very difficult for her to travel and she has small kids to manage as well. Please let me know how she can get relaxation from signing every week in Andhra police station. Is it possible if she signs in Gujarat police station
From forum I got answer that we can get relief by requesting modification and quashing 498a for sister.
Please let me know whether we can apply for quashing 498a case before the chargesheet is filed and summons is served?

she can get the relaxation from the condition in case you apply to the court granting the bail. you may file quashing and in that also request the court to do away with the condition.
