Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
hi,
if particular political party fight amoung themself, if their suppoter find that their leader is guilty or responsable for his deed. if angry mob breaking his car. with the help of good political connection and money power can he harm them ,suppose police man support that political guilty guy because he is mighty and rich, so which defence available to coman man to protece his rights.
