Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi,
My brother gave a signed check to a local financer.This check is issued to my father but he did a sign on it. and give it to a financer.
This financer was pressurising him just because of his pressure. he took poision but now he is safe. We want to settle with him but he is not doing settlement. and not returning our cheque.
and also this cheque is from Centuriun bank of punjab(which is merge with hdfc bank before 3 year) and hdfc bank issue a public notice before 3 year that they will not give any payment for CBOP cheque now tell me how can this local financer affect us .
