Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi

My sister a law file a complaint against, Me, My brother, My mom and dad under 498a and against My mom and dad in 307, but I never even met her since her marriage not even contact on phone... She just implicated me in false case, I am staying thousands of kms away from them, Suggest me how to get out of this case against me.

where are you staying and where has ur sister in law filed a case. you can move the high court for quashing if the case is not made out in the f.i.r.
