my wife got divorce in India and also she filed false 498a case.earlier she firled divorce petition in india and now she have taken it back. please suggest what i have to do.

Is your wife divorce from whom ? your questions are confusing. Redraft your question again.
in case she has withdrawn her divorce petition and you want divorce, you may file the petition by hiring a lawyer in india. you may not have to be present here in india for filing the petition as you may file the same through your power of attorney.
My friend your question dont seem to be clear at all. From whom she took divorce and why again she filed another divorce case.
