Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am hindu marriage woman,I leave my husband's home before 11months for a awaiting divorce.He committed to me that he will marry me after his divorce then we were live together many times.After that he do misbehave with me since 4 months and I am so afraid and think what can I do against him.Can I do any file against him like 420 or 397? Please send me any solution.

What do you want ? Is your husband aware of your affair with this man ? For how many days or weeks or months or years you stayed with this man ? please inform for advice .
what do u know abt 397? how does it come in your mind in this case?
