hi,

this is amruta,can anyone guide me what i ll do now.this is my story"i got married in feb,2010.during our marriage we gave a lakh's of rupies,gold & silver ornament's,fix deposit's as per der demand.after that also they expect more dowry and started all kind of disturbance including my husband.and they forcefuly used 2 send me to my widow mother's home for fulfill of their demands,my husband also nt giving any luv and respect as a wife deserve,he was nt interested 2 liv with me as i was nt gud loking and working lik other gal's.he told me many time 2 giv divorce him frm myside,and tortured me physicaly as well as mentaly,but i was nt ready to giv divorce,so he planed and filed a divorce in aug,2011 on the ground of cruelty(blaming me committing 2 suicide and torture 2 him by saying illicit relationship with other gal).and collected all emails,recording,my diary and filed in court.after that he show some nude photo of mine and blackmailing me unless i agree fr divorce he ll demoralise my nude personality in socity.after his nasty work i was filed a case 498a against him and his family.already 3 persion got arrested by police,but my husband was ofscanded since 2 month,

my question is how that divorce is quash(since we r nt staying apart 1 year,he forcefully deserted me on this may,2011).can my husband get his anticipatary bail in this jan,2012 month.

as in my family having no male persion,we all r in distressed condition bcoz my last advocate met his hand with my husband,and was nt interested 2 giv a counter also.so i changed him.but i m in fear that this advocate also misguide me,can i filed section 9,crpc 125 and section 24 simultaneously,i dont know why my new advocate file all these thing.pls suggest me what i ll do?

sec 9, 125 and 24 can be filed simultaneously as there is no legal bar to the same.

there is nothing wrong what your advocate is doing Sec 9 is for restitution of conjugal rights, S125 and S24 for maintenance.
