Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi,
We have 9 cases pending in the trial court and in one case we have been convicted for 5 years(Its currently now in Delhi High Court) and our relative is in Custody.For all other 9 cases in Tis Hazari we have withdrawn bail bonds so that the period in JC is countable.
I just want to know if we got interim bail from High Court in the decided case then do we have to get the bail in other 9 cases as well.
All the 10 cases have the same FIR number.

if you just surrendered for want of surety bonds in nine cases and the bail order was not cancelled, an interim bail in one, and submitting fresh bail bonds in nine others may be done.
