Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi,

We have 9 cases pending in the trial court and in one case we have been convicted for 5 years(Its currently now in Delhi High Court) and our relative is in Custody. For all other 9 cases in Tis Hazari we have withdrawn bail bonds so that the period in JC is countable.

I just want to know if we got interim bail from High Court in the decided case then do we have to get the bail in other 9 cases as well.

All the 10 cases have the same FIR number.

If you are already on bail in 9 pending cases then you have to submit another bail bond before the trial court in 9 cases which are pending.

in case all the offences are in one F.I.R. and you get the interim bail with regard to all the offences mentioned in the f.i.r. from high court, then you do not have to seek bail in other 9 cases. you need to mention whether the bail application you have filed in the high court, pertains to all the 10 offences arising out of the same f.i.r. or not.
