Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
hi,
We are from a reputed family.My daughter got married 6 months before.We didn,t know that she had a past affair.Her husband came to know about this and he got sufficient proof from her mail with lots of mails and some clips which cannot be shown outside and some nude photos of my daughter.these were sent to her 1 year before marriage by him.Now she has got divorced.These mails and photos are with him also.
By any means can I suit a case against this person who had illegal relation with my daughter for destroying her life?
