Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hsg Society Committee with out indiminity bond not duly elected functioning last 12 years spend around 2o lac in one registeration number two societies were functioning two seperate bank A/c Two committee in different wings Sinking fund taken from members in bill issued but no were sinking fund Bank A/c was opend in 12 years.No permission was taken from registrar for 2nd A/c open or two seperate committees to operate.Registrar has appointed Administrator.Can we file a suit against committee for claim as it was operating illegally.Thankyou
