my hubby has purchased a flat in his mother's name and he is the nominee of that said flat.Even my hubby has given the money for buying hat flat.can i attach that flat in my maintenance case under sec125?

in case you have the proof that your husband has paid the money towards purchase of flat, you may get the flat attached.

No. Failure of husband to provide maintenance awarded by the court under sec 125 will attract only imprisionment of husband
