Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My hubby works in UK on temporary visa.He is still holding indian passport.Warrant has been issued against my husband for recovery of arrear maintenance.Court has alsoo ordered proper channel to execute the warrant.But his UK home address is given in the order.But recently we came to know he has change his address.But i know his office address also.If along with his home address we also write his office address in form 19 will ministary of external affair will search for him in his office address also or as because in the order just his home address is mention so they will search for him only at his homed address?

you need to move an application before the concerned magistrate for issuance of warrants at the office address as well. once you file an amended memo of parties in the court and the court issues warrants at the office address as well, the same process would be followed as before.
