Human Rights in Criminal Justice Administration

If the legal aid committee apointed in a particular case & the High Court dismissed the case(appeal) without engaging another counsel or Amicus Curie.What is the procedure before Supreme Court if the aggrieved person puts matter before S.C.?

Procedure for what? Preferring an appeal? Appointment of Amicus Curie is not the rule and high court is not obliged to appoint the same, unless it find it appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the matter.
