Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my husband is accused on atheft case and given bail.there is no witness.he is being asked to attent the court on some given dates.but as we live in a different district and both financial and health is poor,he is not able to attent the court.what should we do to finish the case

your husband may file an application for permanent exemption u/s 205 of criminal procedure code and the lawyer would appear on his behalf instead.
