Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

my husband had filed a FIR agaist me and my father in kolkata. i have accessed his account after our fight as i knew the password. is it cyber crime. also the crime has been committed in delhi. after a transfer petition is filed in the supreme court on grounds of jurisdiction can i quash the FIR after that. he has details of the IP address which is my fathers name. i have not misused the account anywhere. what other cases can i do against him.

Offence made out .i suggest to make compromise otherwise u can claim maintenance and can file aplication under domestic violence and may make complaint to police if ur husband harassing u for more clarification u can call m

You have to get out from your problem before asking him to give you maintenance etc. There is a FIR against you under cyber law ,please get quashed or compromise with your husband .

you are at liberty to file a transfer petition in Supreme court for the purpose of transferring the case to Delhi and then go for quashing.

you may file quashing of case, coz if the case will be transferred then it will be hard to ask quashing on the ground of jurisdiction. So better to file quashing first.
