Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My husband is a GAY.he is not impotent.but he likes to wear my dress and sari, and never comes to me and shows any feelings towards me.if i ask him, then he demand unnatural acts frm me, like shown in blue movies also beat me up for pleasure while am doing that thing..if i dnt do,he abuse me, village girl..he have lots of boyfrd and comes at late night also after 1 month or 15 days,he usually goes to clubs and drink and eat nonvej.he likes to sleep in her mother's room.also my mother in law ordered me to not to sleep with my husband in bed.she torture me a lot and my husband don't save me from her,or never listen against her mom..he had beaten me lots of time.

what should i do?

File a case of cruelty u/s 498 and if he do unnetural sex like sodomy then it is also an offence.
