MY husband kept all my jewellery in his parents lockers. How can i prove in the court that all my jewellery that are given at the time of marriage.

you may mention in your complaint that the jewelery is kept a particular locker in a particular bank. even if after the complaint, the locker is operated, it would be presumed that the husband and/or inlaws have withdrawn the same.

You can mention about the details of the jewelary in your complaint. In case you have receipts of purchase of jewelary and photographs of jewelary being given in the marriage the same can also be filed along with the complaint.
