Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my husband and in laws illtreated me 4 dowry it's upto such extent that they aborted my pregnancy without my consent and attempted 2 murder me.I'hve filled FIR against them and DV case as they hve thrown me out of the house they are not letting me in so that i cannot take my things back,plz help me

you may file a complaint under domestic violence act and seek appropariate remedies regarding residence, maintenance, compensation and stridhan.
