if husband has got married 2nd time and has 1 yr old child. Dont knw here he got married and child birth also and ur divorcee matter is pending. Divorcee is not yet granted by the court. How will u punish him?

1st of all we are nobody to punish anyone. You can file a criminal case for bigamy against your husband and the Court shall punish him accordingly
