husband is missing and i have given police complient and filed a domistic volience case but me and my kid have got no maintenance from 9 months what to do

Dear Madam,

When your husband is missing and a Police complaint is already lodged, have you filed a domestic violence case against your in-laws on account of the harassment caused to you by them ?

If your husband is missing, who will pay you maintainence ? The Police will do their best in tracing your husband, but that too is not guaranteed.

I think you should seriously fetch yourself a job immediately, and be employed so that you are financially independent, and are in a position to support and secure the future of your kid.
