Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My husband stays in ranchi and myself in Gujarat.My husband has filled divorce case against me.So My parents along with my brother as my father is blood pressure patient went ranchi for receiving original paper for transfer petiction from supreme court as when paper was issued to me we were at different place.There in ranchi they thought of meeting my husband once so that some dispute might get clear.When they went there my husband stated fighting alon with his servant with my brother.My father to protect my brother pulled his colled and get himm out at raod.there occured fighting between them.My parents went to police station for FIR.but they said its your family matter.My husband bribed the DSP had filled FIR againt my father and brother.Then we also filled FIR in the same police station.But the police was bribed so he snd my husbands documents to court and ours was not sent.When we called him, his answer was go & file case in court.Whats the procedure to get rid of this court.I am filling so guilty for my parents & brother as they got trapped due to me.Please suggest some remedial answer.Is there any imprisonment or case can be closed by fine.

What punishment would be awarded by court after end of the case is difficult to guess.
