Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my husbands AB bail has been accepted by the session court. Can i appeal against the same in the high court as i feel it is a biased order that has been passed and none of the arguments are placed on record which were made by my councel. What can i do. Please suggest me good criminal lawyer of the high court chandigarh
