Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

my husbands anticiparory bail is pending as he is on interim bail. during his interim bail he and his mother have filed false case of theft against me after 5 months of throwing me out of the house through section 156(3). How can i get his bail rejected. Also he is the one who has partly returned my jewellary after the court order. are there any judgements of high court or supreme court to get his bail rejected. He has made contradictory statements that he and his parents never had my jewellary wherein they are the one who have returned some items.

in case he lodged a false fir and in police and court records, u left the house 5 months back, this is a good ground for rejection of bail as they building false defence. however, u may see a lawyer for detailed action.
