Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My husband's parents have one house.My husband has purchased another house in his mother's name though the loan for the flat was taken in my husband's name and my husband has paid the loan for the said flat. Can i attach that flat which my husband has purchased in his mother's name in maintenance case under 125?
