i hv a case in 138 ipc. i hd given blank signed cheque to a person . he filled amout very high and cheks get bounce... the case is running in disttict court. plz send me some joudgements in which court provide facility of fsl laboratory for handwriting chanking... thanx .. being an accused, you will get an opportunity to lead defence evidence and at that time you may move an application for sending the disputed cheques for forensic examination. however, is the complainant able to prove your debt or liability towards the cheques?
138 Cases are not tried by District Court. In case matter is in the District Court, then it may be an appeal. Sending documents for examination at the stage of Appeal ma be difficult.
