Idnian Penal code

challan has been prensented by the police U/s 294, 323,325,506 IPC. 325 IPC is based on the medical report declaring that the tooth has been fractured. but the x-ray is not presented alongwith the police challan.

This is a proposition without question. So far as non production of the required medical report is concerned, it may be questioned in cross examination.

If you want the records apply to the court for summoning the concerned hospital for production of records.

You may summon the records from the Hospital or ask the Doctor/hospital official to produce the same at the time of cross-examination.
