Illegal electricity connection
BSES electricity company has given illegal regular electricity connection to kandhari coal depot near police station kalkaji vide K NO 2510N3510386 . BSES in reply to complaint says that illegal connection will be removed when encroachmant will be removed by authorities . kandhari coal depot operates from encroached governmant land which was vacated in year 2005 by MCD , however BSES again gave illegal connection to encroacher in year 2006 therby abeting tresspass on governmant land . encroacher do not have even single documant required to get electricity connection . BSES IS CONVERTING DELHI INTO SLUM AND IS HAND IN GLOVE WITH LAND MAFIA . SAME THING HAPPENED IN MUMBAI WHICH GAVE BREEDING GROUND TO UNDERWORLD /LAND MAFIA . PLS TELL REMEDY OR TAKE ACTION IN PUBLIC INTEREST .

Approach high court or supreme court under PIL.

If u are directly or indirectly affected yourself, kindly move High Court and pray for removal of encroachers and also disconnection. For more details kindly contact in person.
