Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
someone implicated in rape and he requested DNA test in defence and DNA report says that no DNA was found (no amplification )in rape kit to compare with the sample provided ? Does it means initial medical report was false ? and the rape kit do not have any sperm etc ? is it in fevor of person or not ?
