Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
If ina bail application before the high court the judge passes an order that"list before another bench in which I am not a member", what would this signify??
Is is negative or positive for the accused??

Its neither negative nor positive . It means the judge is recusing himself from the matter because he knows one of the party or has some knowledge of the case etc.

what is the matter all about? in case its a high profile case, then this order is significant.

I agree with Mr. Kalra. Even if it is a high profile case, still, it is not significant. Judge may recuse for personal reasons
