Dear Sir / Madam,
(Natarajapuram / Ramapuram Pudur / Thillaipuram / Tiruchengodu / Vasanthapuram - Namakkal, Tamil Nadu)
Your first task is to ascertain in whose name the land presently lies in the record of the Namakkal District Registrar. If the land is still in your paternal uncle's (father's co-brother) name in the Municipal record, and if your uncle has parted with only the custody of the land to another person, there is a distinct possibility for you to still stake a claim in the land. Your uncle should be having a copy of the Power of Attorney or any other document issued by your father to your uncle then. Please check whether there is any hint / mention of your name or your mother's name in the authority document, and most importantly whether it bears the signature of your father.
