Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am from India. 7 years back my colleagues called a call girl to their place. They involved in some heated argument with her. They slapped her also. That girl threatened to file a complaint. Since then nothing has happened. I want to know what can happen now assuming that girl would have filed a complaint. They all had sex with her after the incident and dropped her to her place the next day

If the incident had happened 7 years back, I do not find any valid reason for you to still have sleepless nights even after such a long passage of time. If at all Complaint was filed by that Lady at that point of time, Criminal proceedings by the Police would have been initiated. Unless you were not in station during all this period, there need be no worry on this subject, which can be confirmed from your friends who were part of that days incident.

You have not mentioned the reason for your sudden worry on this incident.
