Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi i am from india.I (21 years old) was in a love affair with a guy(23 years old) for 2 years.we also had a physical relationship.Because of his controlling nature and spying on me i broke off the relationship and got married to another guy( now my husband).It has been 2 years since we got married.

When i broke of the relationship with my ex boyfriend he got really angry and blackmailed me with the photos that we took.. but i broke up with him anyway.He is a very unpredictable guy.It has been 2 years since i broke up with him.I am really scared that if he commits suicide and leaves a note saying that i am the reason he committed suicide what will happen to me?

does this come under abetment of suicide..eventhough i broke up with him 2 years ago?

I never threatened or harassed or blackmailed him..

Please help me..i am really worried..

the boy is just emotionally blackmailing you and you need to be mentally strong to avoid him. in case you have proof that he is threatening to commit suicide, you may approach the local police.
