Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My Indian Passport has been withheld by my employer. In an Indian Police station they have agreed in writing to return it to me. Still they have not. Can I request any court for their arrest and revoking their Indian Passports as they have also threatened me and my family in writing / over the phone ?
