The crossing of railway tracks under no supervision, under circumstances of saving one's life leads to the death of other person being minor and the person saved is charges under 302 0f IPC in lower court.What can be appeal to save her from 304(2) and 302 of IPC?

For knowing the nature of offence for which a person is charged, one need to read the FIR or complaint and papers of investigation. If what you are saying is written in the complain and papers of investigation, then an offence punishable under section 302 IPC is not made out.
