INDIAN PERSON IS AT PRESENT RESIDING IN CANADA.
What is the legal procedure to issue a warrant against this person.
What is the Court procedure to issue a warrant against this person.
In that any provision in Cr.P.C.
I am advocate but I don�t know this proper procedure.pl.explain me proper and legal procedure to Issue a warrant from Gujatat to Caneda.
