Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My inlaws say you have demanded dowary in marriage and filed 498a and other dowary related charges against me and my parents

now to counter blast i want them to have same charges for giving dowary

where to file case against them for giving charges

my residence at delhi and my wife at karnal

marriage held on 2011 at delhi

pls also advice me it will help me or not to counter blast or not is court summon them for giving dowary or not.

in which act i will file my case

we never demand dowary they give it to their daughter.

only bed and dressing table and gold ornament she took away with her on leaving home
