how to come out of inprisonment given in cheque bounce case and to appeal within 30 days

you need to file an appeal and in that appeal move an application for suspension of sentence during pendency of appeal. the court would first allow or disallow ur suspension application and then proceed with appeal

Firstly you have deposite the file imposed by the court and then application for suspension of sentence during pendency of appeal. Then the court shall allow you to release on bail for 30 days and you have to file appeal with in 30 days.
