Outside Interference in Legal Matters

I have an ongoing legal proceedings against a Government Department. An Ex friend of mine is secretly playing fraud by delaying the legal proceedings by bribing the Officials incharge and by getting updates on the case proceedings regularly. Can an FIR be lodged against him.

You need a solid proof of the illegal activity done by your friend and then you may proceed with the Police Action.

Presumptive FIR may not hold any water.
