interim has been passed against husband. high court has dismissed the criminal revision petition. Can we get stay on interim order for maintenance and recovery againsy husband.
grounds:
1- lady's bad character.
2-children are majot and living with father.
3- children has made clear allegation against their mother, of having bad character and relation to other males.
4- Sec.13 HMA pending filed by husband.
5- lady left husband 5 years age. she ran away with another person. came u/s 12 dv act after filing Sec 13 hma.
6- husband is govt. employee.
